The Signal Turned Red When I Said Goodbye
“The app made me feel very uneasy. Words came through like "in bed" (I was actually lying in bed), "ask him," "device," "answer me." In between, a few names. At one point I picked up that you're supposed to say goodbye when you want to end it. I hadn't asked any questions or said anything, I had just opened it and let it run. I wanted to close it, so I said very quietly that I was ending this now and would close the app — and then the signal flipped to red. I closed it anyway. I had downloaded the app once before, and back then I had something playing on YouTube about ghost activity, and the app spat out the matching word. That's enough for me! Whether it's spying, real or not, I get too creeped out by it 😂”
