Help Me, Believe Me, Blood Here

What creeps me out is when I try using it again on the same spot in our store - I put my phone on the table and I got this message, "cold air," before that appeared, I'd said that word. I was shocked!! What freaks me out is this message, "help me," and "believe me" - when I asked believe what, I got this message, "blood here."”
